How do I get a quote for custom SiC or ALN submounts?expand_more
Use the Custom submount RFQ tab with chip size, footprint, pad layout, and power/thermal requirements. Attach DXF, Gerber, or STEP if available. We respond within 2 business days with quote, lead time, and MOQ (typically 2,000 pcs for custom).
Can I order a small quantity for evaluation?expand_more
Submount evaluation samples are available through standard sample boxes on the homepage — not custom geometries. Package prototypes are quoted per drawing and volume band.
